The Holland Code, also called RIASEC, is a widely used career theory created by psychologist John Holland. It groups work interests into six types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. People tend to be happier in jobs that match their strongest types.
This PopTypes career interest test finds your strongest interest type and ranks all six, so you can see your two- or three-letter code. Each result lists careers, work settings, and next steps to explore, whether you're choosing a subject, a first job, or a career change.
Each answer adds points to one or two interest types. After sixteen questions, the type with the most points is your result, and the chart ranks all six. Neighbouring types on the RIASEC hexagon often combine into great careers.
