1. Who operates PopTypes

PopTypes is operated by Youli Global Limited, registered in Hong Kong. References to "we", "us", and "PopTypes" in these Terms mean that company. Contact details are in section 10.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using PopTypes means accepting these terms

By accessing and using PopTypes ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Use of the Site

Personal use of free quizzes and content

PopTypes provides free personality tests, character quizzes, and related content for entertainment and self-exploration purposes. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. Disclaimer

Entertainment and self-reflection only

The tests and quizzes on PopTypes are for entertainment and general self-reflection only. They are not medical, clinical, hiring, educational placement, or official psychological assessments. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. This applies to paid reports exactly as it applies to free results.

5. Intellectual Property

Original questions, results, artwork, and page design

All original content on PopTypes, including test questions, result descriptions, report text, artwork, page design, and site structure, is owned by PopTypes or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

6. Sharing Results

Sharing your own PopTypes results

You are welcome to share your own test results on social media or with friends. When sharing, please credit PopTypes and include a link to the original test page when practical. Paid reports are for your own use and are not for redistribution.

7. Paid products and payment

One-time purchases, sold through Paddle

Every test on PopTypes is free to take. Some tests additionally offer a Full Report, an optional one-time purchase. What is sold, and what it costs, is set out on our Pricing page. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles the transaction, invoicing, and sales tax. Your card or bank statement will show a charge from Paddle rather than from PopTypes. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Where a purchase is refunded, access to the report it paid for ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

Site availability and use at your own discretion

PopTypes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopTypes is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.

9. Changes to Terms

Updates may happen over time

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
